02 JUL 1972 - ET3 in unauthorized procession of discarded ordnance suffered injuries to head and knee by an explosion of the unfired 40mm projectile in the Electronics workshop.

1977/78 - MK3 loss of life

11 JUN 1981 - Dedication and Memorial Service held for WWII action.

30 JUN 1982 - C-130 crash resulting in two deaths SN Steven D. Berryhill (assigned to Lorsta) and AT3 Brad S. Canfield (crew member).

02 OCT 1992 - EECEN team arrived on site for installation/switchover the AN/FPN-44B transmitters.

Dec 1992 - EECEN team departed station as contractor did not complete construction. Returned in the Spring for final installation/switchover.

190900(L) APR 1993 - Secured the AN/FPN-42 transmitters (Jessie Lee & Maggie May) after 32 years of operation.

200235(L) APR 1993 - AN/FPN-44B transmitters on-air.

29 APR 1993 - Completion of work - team departed station.
