Looking East (almost) from Remote Loran Antenna. Sig. Bldg. Foreground. Barracks building almost in center. Other Bldg's are abandoned Navy Radio and Stores. First on right is our water supply. Radio Range Antennas can be seen from the distance. This strip of land is Murder Point. The ditch leading direct to Sig. Bldg. is remote Pick up coax cable ditch, the other is a deep ravine of creek feeding our pond from hills 1800 to 3000 ft. high.
Lookin at Sig. Bldg. from near barracks. The colors are quite natural for a sunny Sept. day. All the Loran Antennas show, including the remote. Creek feeding our pond can be seen winding down from bowl upat left hand side.

Louver in engine room, connected to plenum chambers. Marks on wall were made when hole had to be enlarged to admit louver.

Close up of automatic Louver in transmitter room. The dark object from the motor to the lower part of the louver is a steel spring which closes the louver. The motor has only one way action, opening the louver, and holding it open until the current is cut off by action of the thermostat. The tension of the spring than closes the louver, resets the motor arm, and hold this position until the motor is again activated.
UE-1 Timers in position. Some of the hardwood floor shows, remainder covered with paper for protection.
Part of the transmitter room looking towards spare parts rroom on right and supervisors room on left. Paper covering on floor has been rolled back to show tile and trench covers. Column extending down from ceiling behind transmitter is main power panel. Main entrance is alongside this panel.
West side of garage. Looking north, road to left goe3s to pump house. Road in center goes to Signal bldg, while the road turning right, around corner of garage goes to main road. NAU is in distance to right over roof of garage.
