Tower Icing

The story goes, Dana was going off air intermittently.  When the technicians got out of
their vehicle at the transmitter building, they heard a creaking sound.  They approached
the source of the sound, the tower.  They looked inside the antenna fence fence and noticed
the tower twisting on the base, so much that the "johnny balls" on the isolation transformer
were close enough to draw a big arc, knocking the station off air.  They looked up the tower,
saw this, and vacated the area.
