Station events: FEB 1968: U.S. Air Force requested the U.S.C.G. to evaluate engineering studies supporting a fourth station in the SEASIA Chain.

DEC 1968: U.S.C.G. officially was requested to establish the Tan My station

JUN 1969: ATLS flown in from Brooklyn, station personnel met the unit uipon arrival, trasported to the station, commence connecting the trailers together for operations. Station on-air testing July 13th.

21 JUN 1969: The 625ft tower topped this date

JAN 1973 - a U.S. contractor was officially the operating identity as in accordance with Paris Peace negotiations whereas all US military forces was to depart Vietnam by December 31, 1972.

1975 U.S. Air Force destroyed the station.
