DEC 1944 - Station operations located on Potangeras
Note: Ulithi was the largest U.S. military staging area - over 600 ships and numerous aircraft were station there. There are four or five large islands to support the military. The loran station was located on Potangeras which was a small out of the way island which would not interfer with the other services operations.

MAY 1950 - Station personnel evacuated as Typhoon DORIS approached

01 JUN 1952 - Station's operations transferred to Falalop Island.

30 NOV 1960 - Typhoon OPHELIA passed over Ulithi with 160 mph winds

01 FEB 1965 - Station's operations relocated to YAP
